This month’s newsletter will be briefer than normal, as we
are all working full time to produce our big event next week,
“War, Peace and the American Imagination”
with Deepak Chopra, James Hillman and Jean Houston. The preparations are
coming along smoothly, and we are all very excited about this incredible event
It will be a timely and timeless conversation. We are also very excited
to announce that we have decided to professionally video record the
program. This is the first time that James Hillman and Deepak Chopra
have ever been in conversation together, and the topic is so important,
we could not let this opportunity pass us by. The program will likely
air in the future on satellite and some PBS affiliates. We will also be
able to make the program available on DVD. We will keep everyone posted

We are offering a special discount to anyone who registers early. Additionally, to make
it more affordable for more people, we have significantly reduced the price of the
Mythic Journeys: In-Depth Preconference from last year. Please register early, so we can
plan ahead. As you can see from the list of confirmed participants, it is going to be another
incredible experience.
Under our membership program, we offer additional discounts on Mythic
Journeys. Any member at the Seer level and above ($250 or more) receives a
20% discount on Mythic Journeys, and anyone who is a Titan Level member or above
($1,000 or more) receives a 20% discount on both Mythic Journeys and Mythic Journeys:

I have spoken many times about the importance of partnerships and the critical role our
volunteer staff plays in our success. All too often partnerships are in name only, and require
no sacrifice or faith by either party. The partnership we have forged with the
Alliance for a New Humanity
and Emory University
has been a true example of what a partnership looks like when each party is willing to sacrifice
and have faith in the other. We have been working together to produce this remarkable event,
and we are creating magic in the world. We have navigated through some difficult situations,
have worked very hard together, and have had a lot of fun in the process. Through it all, we
have worked with love, respect, trust, and faith. The constellation is truly more beautiful and
powerful than the individual stars by themselves.
And once again, the volunteers have been amazing and inspirational. Memories of
Mythic Journeys 2004 have been flooding
back over the past week while I watch this incredible collection of loving hearts and souls
giving so selflessly of their time, energy, and creativity. It is the human constellation, and
reminds me just how impossible something this important is to do as an individual, and
how much impact we can have as a group. If you get a chance, please thank them if you
see them on Tuesday night.
And thank you for continuing to support our efforts. We started as no more than a dream
fueled by passion, but we are making a difference in the world. We would be nowhere without
