Make a list of the things that Pachacuti did as the leader of the Incas. According to you what was the most important for him to be able to exercise his power?

2.4 How do we know that the Inca culture was highly developed?
2.5 What is a theocracy? Why can a theocracy never be a democracy?
2.6 What was the division of tasks between men and women and also between people of different ages within Inca society? How did this division of tasks come into being?
3.1 What already existed before Pachacamac appeared?
3.2 What gods contributed to the creation and what did they contribute?
3.3 What did the creators expect of human beings?
3.4 There are many gods in the Inca pantheon, listed in alphabetical order. Make a more logical order of the gods, so that the relationships between the gods, and between the gods and the world, become more clear.
 
4. What similarities do you see between the Inca creation myth and the creation myths of other cultures?

At the beginning of your presentation make a poster with a sketch or summary of the Inca creation myth.

Choose one of the following exercises and indicate what the relationship is between the exercise you choose and the creation myth.

1. Make a drawing of an Inca city. When presenting your drawing make sure you answer the following questions: Where did everybody live? What were the most important places in the city and what did the decorations look like? How did an Inca city differ from cities that were built in other parts of the world in the same period (for instance in Italy or in your own country). How could the Inca build such cities without modern technology?

2. What do you think of Pachacuti's rule? Present a television program in which this issue is debated.
