Corporate and Foundation Sponsorship Levels
Participation in the Conference occurs at two levels: attendees
and members. Attendees are those apprentices who respond to the event invitations
as consumers hungry for knowledge and experience of the mythic journey. Members
are those mentors who form an informal corps of teachers of the traditions,
stories, skills and crafts of the mythic imagination, and who will carry on
the work of disseminating the mythic imagination between events.
After the first conference, all annual programming is self-financing,
based upon membership dues and gate receipts for annual and regional events,
such as the Atlanta event. However, overhead for running the Institute between
events and developing a conscious cultural awareness throughout American society
will require a small staff of six full-time employees plus three part-time
staff, and volunteers. We are happy to share our budgets, operating numbers,
and business plan with interested donors.
The Mythic Imagination Institute is now inviting gift inquiries
from qualified contributors as Founding Donors to this vision. Corporations
that make a tax-deductible donation to Mythic Journeys receive special prominent
