Nor Hall is a writer, archetypal psychologist and theatre-artist drawn to the way psyche captures imagination in image and metaphor. She has worked with Pantheatre (Paris), Archipelago (Chapel Hill), Jeune Lune and Shawn McConneloug's Orchestra (Minneapolis) in the development of new, experimental movement and music pieces. She was awarded a Jerome grant for theater research in 2005. Her books include The Moon and the Virgin: Images of the Archetypal Feminine, Broodmales, Those Women, Irons in the Fire. Her current project on SHE Pirates opens in Minneapolis next month.
